N20 and N30 channels should be embeded in a high quality concrete. Installation should always start from the outlet end of the run. Make sure that the concrete surround is 3-5 mm above the level of the channels. For N20 with frame remember to add 30 mm to the building-in height which corresponds to the height of the frame.
