Useful Hints...

Select firstly the channel from where the outlet is to be established. Outlets have been prepared in every fifth channel with built-in fall and in every channel without a built-in fall. Always remove the outlet recess by striking from the inside out.

Where a bottom outlet is established in a string of channels with inlets from either side, the channels that meet must have the same height, i.e. the same number. The grooves will not engage.

Where channels with fall in opposite directions meet, the channels must have the same height, i.e. the same number. Protruding grooves must be removed.

The A10 system consists of standard channels 1000 mm long available in a variety of constant depths of built-in falls. Each channel is clearly numbered, the higher the number the deeper the channel and it is important they are installed in the correct sequence. An arrow adjacent to the number on each channel indicates the run-off direction of the surface water. The built-in fall is 1 in 100 for channel numbers 1 to 10 and 1 in 200 for numbers 11 to 20. The constant depth channels are available in five different depths, all as detailed in the channel overview included in the product leaflet. Combi-unit channels 500 mm long for use either as an intermediate section or as a 90° angle connection or T-joint are available in 4 different depths. It is possible to establish an outlet from channel numbers 5, 10, 15 and 20 as well as all the channels without built-in fall and the Combi-unit channel. Apart from channels the system also includes closed caps, cap with outlet, silt boxes and gullies (upper part) with removable silt bucket.
